The Manager of End-to-End Integration is responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic, continuous improvement initiatives across the organization (MAKE, PLAN, DELIVER, COMMERCIAL) to improve service reliability, reduce cost and drive overall value for J&J.


Responsibilities:


  • Influence and drive alignment of priorities with senior leaders both internally across regions, the end to end supply chain, with our commercial partners and externally with our Third-Party Logistics Providers.
  • Driving DC to DC reliability to reduce lead time, reduce distribution costs and increase cash flow (>$250K opp)
  • Deliver integrated S&OP/IBP process to increase visibility and make informed trade off decisions to drive performance and reduce cost.
  • Optimizing orthopedic assets ($7MM)
  • Determining & implementing evolving Automation & Technology roadmap for the DC and Loaner.
  • Drive the data based culture that leverages insights to enable strategic discussions, scenario planning and tradeoff analyses for investment options.
  • Leading Digital Strategy for Deliver Canada.
  • Developing strategies in conjunction with DPS commercial business partners to support new nonhospital surgical facility channel opportunities projected at >$55M
  • Build Distribution and Loaner capabilities to support the changing technology within our product base.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of related work experience is required.
  • Experience in Supply chain or Logistics is preferred.
  • FPX Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • Lean Certification is preferred.
  • APICS CSCP certification is preferred.
  • Leadership management experience is required.
