The Clinic Director is responsible for the leadership and success of the clinic. As Clinic Director, you will oversee clinical staff and patient services and will drive growth through business development activities.
This role is perfect for individuals looking for a chance to lead while still actively working with clients.
The perfect candidate will need at least 3-5+ years of clinical experience and a strong dedication to supporting staff through mentorship, education, and professional growth.
$5000 Sign-On Bonus and relocation allowance availableQualifications:
Maintaining standards for communication (charts, letters, phone) with customers
Participating in lunch & learns (internal & external as required)
Ensuring effective and efficient implementation and development of clinic and corporate standard operating procedures
Promoting a climate of success and the highest level of service within the clinic by strong supportive leadership and a positive attitude
Monitoring customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients
Engaging in clinical leadership and expertise through mentorship and managing professional development for clinical staff
Performing monthly 1:1 meetings with all clinical staff- review of physiotherapist scorecard and other performance measures
Developing corrective action plans when performance issues arise
Assisting the Office Manager in staff recruitment and hiring
