Responsibilities:

Contribute to pursuing investment opportunities by defining and delivering technology solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs
Translate user needs into detailed business requirements
Analyze issues and propose solutions for business challenges
Research use cases to guide development activities
Support project lifecycle from business case development to deployment
Work with Technology, Investment, and Corporate stakeholders
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear documentation
Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance knowledge and contribute to success
Create and refine a Product Backlog
Recommend and assist in implementing business process improvements
Experience in investment management industry with IT solutions delivery
Knowledge of investment management products and pension industry
Familiarity with project management principles and Agile methodologies
Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of SimCorp Dimension, Charles River, Eagle, or Calypso is beneficial
Passion for learning and strong team player
Effective at managing multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
Commitment to core values of excellence, transparency, and collaboration

Success Measures:

Gain understanding of Pension/Investment Management domain
Hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension
Establish relationships with technology and business teams
Ability to work independently on change initiatives
