    This is a rotational shift:
    earliest start is 7am, latest end 8pm. This is a 1 year contract role

    Provides technical support to field technicians, and store staff who are facing complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

    Deliver on diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging issues within PTS software and hardware offerings.

    Provide software support to pharmacy staff on point of Sale software and application; support POS related hardware; Handle tasks assigned for new store openings and ownership changes.

    Support escalated issues reported via email escalation to management. Provide assistance to field technicians for software setup.
    Responds to situations where product has failed, and isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
    Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering/software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
    Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
    This is an entry level professional position and includes both formal and on-the-job training programs.
    Typically, a college graduate or equivalent experience. Employees may progress to this level from either the Business Support or Operations Career Streams.

    Knowledge base generally acquired from university degree or equivalent coursework or after gaining the requisite experience in either the Business Support or Operations Career Streams.
