Cropac Equipment Inc. is looking for a Parts Advisor to join the team at its Nisku Branch in Alberta.

Salary:
Dependent on experience

Hours:
Full time day shift (Monday through Friday)

JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for assisting customers in locating required parts, providing pricing, and completing online part orders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard
Locate parts and other materials, and ship to customers and other branches
Provide assistance to clients and branch service technicians as required
Respond to clients' requests or questions in a timely and professional manner
Follow up with customers regarding the status of their orders and quotations
Receive goods and ensure that parts are billed to the correct customer invoices
Put away stock and check stock levels to attain desired min/max levels
Providing an exceptional level of customer service by phone and inperson to customers
Work alongside with Service Department

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be fluent in all aspects of the English language, reading and writing
Minimum grade 12 education required
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude and great customer service skills
Intermediate level computer skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail
Forklift ticket an asset
Experience in heavyduty/automotive parts/mobile crane would be a huge asset
