Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for reports and dashboards development and deployment. Own the creation and maintenance of current and future dashboarding requests, while incorporating scalable processes with consistent and standardized views.
- Implement calculations, perspectives, hierarchy structures, score cards and Key Performance Indicators with outstanding visualizations using DAX, SoQL, SaQL, Jason.
- Compensation and Bonus Reporting duties as required in support of the Distribution Organization.
- Work closely with the team to ensure architectural standards are followed as it relates to business intelligence design and best practices in displaying massive amounts of data visually and effectively.
- Establish and maintain a high level of peer trust and confidence and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Team orientated, willing to share knowledge and collaborate with peers.
- Partner across functions to represent sales, product, strategy, marketing and strategy needs, and projects.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment, and discretion in matters of significance.
- Assess risks at each level of the deliveries, in the data sets, reports, dashboards, analysis, search for patterns and anomalies.
- Ensure complete and timely communications.
- Continuously explore technology options to drive enhancements, automation, and improved efficiencies.
- Attend industry conferences to keep pace with what is happening, new trends, products, latest perspectives.
Skills
- Ability to concisely document data processes that can be readily understood and applied by both leadership and analysts.
- Ability to effectively handle ambiguous, ad hoc tasks and changes in direction and priorities in response to unexpected events and circumstances.
- Ability to coach and train analysts, business users on report usage and interpretation.
- Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Demonstrate analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Show strong interpersonal, oral communication, and presentation skills.
Experience & Education
- 23 years of experience as a BI Analyst/Developer.
- University degree in the field of computer science or business administration and/or equivalent in work experience.
- CIFC or CSC Certification preferred.
- Microsoft BI Certification preferred.
- Salesforce Certification preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, SQL, SoQL, SaQL, Jason.
- Extensive experience with PowerBI, Salesforce, Tableau, Einstein Analytics, SharePoint.
- Experience in working in an Agile development environment.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role in the primary location of Toronto, Ontario is expected to be between $58,650.00 CAD - $97,750.00 CAD.
