Overview:
As Client Solutions Manager, you will work directly with our commercial clients to deliver the world-class customer service Gallagher is well-known for.
This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients - driving the renewal cycle, handling day-to-day policy updates, collaborating with insurers and marketing policies as the need arises.
Responsibilities:
How You Will Impact the Business
- Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial clients, leading business retention and continually building upon customer relationships.
- Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, remarketing when required, and adhering to the binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client.
- Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy updates.
- Work with Account Executives on crossselling opportunities and accessing resources within Gallagher.
- Being solutionoriented has always allowed you to offer clients the most resourceful and innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to quickly develop deep relationships with clients and build rapport with colleagues.

Qualifications:
Required:
High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of related experience
Preferred:
Appropriate licenses, comprehension of insurance brokerage business and customer service processes/tasks
