    #LI-Hybrid Reporting to the Junior Associate Director, Middle Office Operations, SMO, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization in Financial Services.

    Ensure trade processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly, security definitions and pricing is accurate. Take other necessary actions to ensure client portfolio is constructed when required

    • Oversee any PL anomalies, identify the reasons and solve the problems
    • Review pricing of portfolios with multiple asset classes, for exchange traded and OTC Securities
    • Respond to client queries
    • Manage the new client onboarding processes, make sure the intake process is completed with the highest available standards
    • Ensure SLAs are strictly followed, proactively escalate any potential problems
    • Work with custodians and other third-parties on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to management
    • Communicate any operational issues and arise to Associate Director
    • Maintain a good relationship with client contacts and respond client queries
    • Take the responsibility of being the point of operations contact for the allocated funds
    • Oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology
    • Strictly follow MUFG standards, procedures and controls while performing the job
    • University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
    • Creativity in exploring solutions to improve daily operational efficiency
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
    • Strong understanding of market practices, accounting methods and P&L calculations of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options & OTC products
