Warranty Clerk - Halifax, Canada - Volvo of Halifax
Description
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing internal repair orders for the sales department.
- Supporting the administrative process for warranty claims.
- Ensuring that paperwork for repair orders flows through the shop in an orderly and productive manner.
- Flag selected Repair Orders for Shop Foreman to inspect for quality workmanship.
- Coordinating special order parts requirements with Parts Department.
- Customer followup, including scheduling and confirming appointments as required.
- Other duties as assigned by Service Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive service is considered an asset, but not required
- 35 years' experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
