The team:

Genetec is world renowned for its software and security products and solutions. To meet the demands of our business we need to scale our organization.

The Offering and Transformation (O&T) team is responsible for the strategy, evolution, and implementation of Genetec's Digital transformation across the company.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, the Project Manager will join a growing and dynamic team and will oversee and support various projects from analysis, design and implementation to acceptance and go live.

This includes coordinating the internal project contributors and representing the business with regards to these projects' deliverables.

What your day will look like:

Build partnerships with various internal stakeholders and ensure business requirements are understood
Lead the business documentation requirements sessions
Liaise with our digital business partner to ensure future functionality encapsulates business needs
Create and manage project plans, organize activities, determine the sequence of execution, identify dependencies and resources
Schedule meetings to manage and track actions and deliverables
Responsible to communicate project status to all relevant stakeholders
Work with project team and team members to obtain estimates and identify relevant resource
Manage scope, risks, change, negotiate, communicate, and remove project roadblocks
Engage with project stakeholders (business partners) and influence project decisions
Conduct regular review of solution and enhancement success metrics with upper management
Manage budget and avoid costs where applicable, report and escalate as required
Develop best practices for project delivery and execution
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

About you:

3 years' experience as primary project manager
Project work on transformational projects is an asset
College or University degree
Strong leadership skills, organized, and capable of engaging the project stakeholders and keeping them motivated and focused
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, including an ability to change communication style and format depending on the audience
Strong problemsolving skills
A desire to contribute to continuous improvement of an everevolving fastpaced environment
Excellent documentation skills
Bilingual: English and French

Great if you have:

Working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM or deep experience in a comparable CRM/ERP
PMP or similar certification and or equivalent experience
Change management experience is an asset
Functional knowledge of ERP core business processes (e.g. order management, distribution/fulfillment, invoicing, customers, procurement, inventory, HR, financial reporting, etc.)
Experience with project management tools such as MS project
Experience with generating reporting dashboards such as Power BI or other reporting tools
