Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Operations, the Customer Operations Co-op/Intern will be responsible for supporting the work of customer growth and revenue operations teams through the use of the technology stack at Fiix.


What you will do:


  • Assist the Customer Operations Manager and Specialist with data, system and process changes
  • Ensure the integrity of database health by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
  • Work cross functionally with other operations teams to support ongoing projects
  • Adopt agile methodology and ensure cases are completed accurately and on time
  • Learn and leverage an array of tools, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Intercom, and more
  • Support the Revenue Operations team with systems issues related to the sales process
  • Complete a special project that will be assigned to you
  • Ability to learn and grow in a fastpaced, highgrowth software company, with access to internal resources for personal development
  • You should be expected to finish this placement with a strong understanding of SaaS operations and tools

Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or GED and Technical School Work or equivalent relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Coachable, fast learner who can pick up new skills and processes quickly
  • Analytical mindset with a skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • HIghly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Selfstarter requiring mínimal supervision
  • Pursuing a degree or diploma in business, economics or STEM
  • Salesforce/CRM experience a bonus
