  • Reporting to the Manager, International Education (Student Enrolment and Agent Relations), the Data Enrolment Specialist (DES) is responsible for data monitoring, statistical analysis, report writing and resulting recommendations related to recruitment activities and metrics. Working closely with the International Enrolment team, International Student Advisors, International Admissions and Institutional Analysis, the position will provide the foundation for evidencebased practice and policy formation for international student recruitment and retention.


The position will be responsible for financial reporting and monitoring, preparing budget documents and reports, analyzing and preparing recommendations for the Manager to set budgeting priorities.

Provide liaison and administrative support to field offices (cash advances, reconciling expenses/reports, processing payments etc.)- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Social Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years' progressive and recent/relevant experience in admissions, marketing, recruitment in a post-secondary institution in Canada.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles as well as knowledge in auditing, budgeting and financial statement, report analysis, and of overseas banking and finance systems, including differential currencies.
  • Knowledge of emerging markets and trends for international student recruitment.
  • Advanced knowledge of database systems.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, evaluation and problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Ability to understand IRCC policies and procedures.
