Responsibilities:


  • Manage all incoming client calls to set up appointments with our team of cliniciains.
  • Manage the calendars for all clinicians, including scheduling appointments, meetings and therapy schedules.
  • Prepare and track clients through a system of spreadsheets that algin with our systems and operations.
  • Organize and manage all invoicing and billing of client appointments
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour
