Looking for an experienced Labour Relations Coordinator to join our team
:

Some of your essential requirements:

Coordination of workforce to designated projects
Ongoing Contact with union dispatchers
Maintaining workforce tracking
Assisting with onboarding process
Assists with the coordination and administration of a variety of programs and activities covering multiple LR/HR activities, e.g. recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development etc.
Assisting with some recruitment tasks
Hardcopy and electronic filing
Contact and inform new hires of Onboarding process
Contact with various vendors
Employment Verifications, including Form 6A's and/or blue book information when necessary
Coordinating Payroll inquiries
Process employee changes as needed and provide guidance to supervision to ensure correct procedures are followed
Any other duties as required

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
