- Manage all facets of commercial cost management for a Healthcare real estate portfolio.
- Produce estimates to aid feasibility studies and assist with business cases.
- Evaluate project scope to develop recommended budgets.
- Assist with budgeting for capital approvals and project funding.
- Support lease discussions and cost estimations.
- Lead project procurement and analyze bid responses.
- Establish and manage cost plans, aligning them with project schedules.
- Promote Value Engineering practices and conduct contract audits.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with estimating software and construction practices.

About the role
The Healthcare Cost Manager will lead best practices for multi-disciplined real estate cost solutions for our Healthcare client with direct accountability for commercial management cost delivery. This role involves engaging with the project management team, the client, and all stakeholders to work on projects across the country. It's a fantastic opportunity to establish the framework for commercial cost management for this client and CBRE.
