Technical Project Manager


Summary:


This position comes with a high level of project ownership and influence, working with several small teams of highly effective developers.


What You'll Do:


  • Manage projects executed by crossfunctional teams to achieve business goals and requirements
  • Working closely with engineers to plan, execute and monitor engineering projects and initiatives
  • Working closely with product and business leadership to develop and maintain roadmaps, and communicate project status, timeline and risks
  • Manage ongoing projects focusing on continuous improvement, business and player safety and cost optimization
  • Holding daily standups and ensuring work remains focused and tasks are completed ontime by encouraging accountability

What We're Looking For:


Required skills:

  • Proven experience of project management and related experience managing software development projects
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification, Agile certification, or Agile Project Management
  • Experience in the gaming industry
