Job Posting Title:

Technical Project Manager

Summary:

This position comes with a high level of project ownership and influence, working with several small teams of highly effective developers.

What You'll Do:

Manage projects executed by crossfunctional teams to achieve business goals and requirements
Working closely with engineers to plan, execute and monitor engineering projects and initiatives
Working closely with product and business leadership to develop and maintain roadmaps, and communicate project status, timeline and risks
Manage ongoing projects focusing on continuous improvement, business and player safety and cost optimization
Holding daily standups and ensuring work remains focused and tasks are completed ontime by encouraging accountability

What We're Looking For:

Required skills:

Proven experience of project management and related experience managing software development projects
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
Understanding of software development lifecycle

Nice to have:

Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2 certification, Agile certification, or Agile Project Management
Experience in the gaming industry
