Who are we?


Located just minutes from downtown Montreal, Services aériens LUX inc [LUX Ground Services Inc] is a fast-growing company operating a FBO/Fixed-Base Operation service at St-Hubert Airport (CYHU).

LUX also operates a terminal at Quebec City's Jean Lesage International Airport (CYQB).

Our parent company, Chrono Aviation, was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the company operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Today, Chrono Aviation has a fleet of 15 aircraft and a team of 280 employees.


Role and context


The Reservations and Billing Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of reservation operations, the billing of services for customers to the FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) and the maintenance of inventories of products required for ramp operations.

This role is crucial to ensuring impeccable customer service and the smooth running of day-to-day operations.


Key responsibilities

  • Managing and preparing reservations for services rendered, including fuel, maintenance and aircraft parking fees.
  • Coordinate invoicing for FBO services, including the management of requests in real time.
  • Keeping the billing and reservation management systems up to date.
  • Monitoring inventories of products essential to aeronautical operations.
  • Working with the maintenance and ground service teams to coordinate the services required.
  • Working with the Finance department to improve invoicing and inventory management processes.
  • Establishing standard operating procedures for the booking and billing processes to ensure consistency and quality of work.
  • Prepare booking and invoicing reports.
  • Resolve booking and billing issues with customers.
  • Regularly analyse booking and billing data to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting in managing relations with suppliers and partners.

Specific job requirements

  • Training in business administration or related field an asset
  • Previous experience in reservations and/or billing management.
  • Understanding of aeronautical operations and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Experience with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to solve complex problems quickly.
  • Fluency in French is required for this position. Knowledge of English is also required in order to interact with Englishspeaking customers in Canada and elsewhere in the world.
