What you will do:

  • Processing and distribution of daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports
  • Analyzing inventory for region
  • Developing processes and procedures for inventory control
  • Liaise with branches to resolve problems and collect data
  • Monitor nonlisted inventory to ensure all branches are following proper procedures and follow up
  • Pick materials required for customer orders and prepares and packs materials for safe shipment.
  • Prepares proper packaging and/or shipping of hazardous materials.
  • Prepare documentation for shipping/receiving.
  • Enter data into computerized system.
  • Load and unload inbound/outbound shipment from vehicles.
  • Assist in facility maintenance, timely and accurate reporting of repairs and assist in quality assurance for the facility.
  • Any other projects as required

What you will bring:

  • Previous warehouse experience is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications, specifically intermediate Excel, Word and Outlook, previous experience on AS400 is an asset
  • Must be a selfstarter with ability to work in a collaborative team based environment
  • Highly organized in prioritizing work, multitasking, and consistently meeting deadlines within a fast paced work environment
  • Possesses license(s) for the required material handling equipment (i.e. Forklift Operation Certificate) would be an asset.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs. or more. Must be able to lift, bend and crouch.
