Project Management and Implementation:


  • Managing the implementation of Collective Impact and Emergency Rapid Response initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved;
  • Monitoring progress, identifying potential challenges, and proactively developing strategies to address them;
  • Developing and maintaining a list of community partners and upcoming events;
  • Organizing outreach against that list of community partners and upcoming events, including followingup as needed;
  • Coordinating research and other activities with initiative partners to minimize redundancies and to align strategies and actions, including conducting individual outreach and education as needed;
  • Updating outreach strategy as new needs emerge;
  • Working with Director to coordinate with other related projects and coalitions (i.e. in the same field) to maintain a full understanding of the current landscape of local and regional activities.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:


  • Building and maintaining relationships with community partners;
  • Communicating the objectives of ATB's Collective Impact and Emergency Rapid Response strategies to the community and potential partners;
  • Provide guidance, support, and technical assistance to partner organizations and stakeholders, promoting capacity building and knowledge sharing;
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and learning among stakeholders, encouraging the exchange of best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches;
  • Planning and managing logistics of, and attending, community events;
  • Delivering a regular cadence of internal and external content aimed to inform and engage ATB team members and clients in the progress and activities of the Collective Impact and Emergency Rapid Response work;
  • Working with partner organizations to develop opportunities for team member and client engagement in our Collective Impact and Emergency Rapid Response work.

Data collection, analysis, and reporting:


  • Working with Director to ensure all partners are aware of targets and indicators;
  • Liaising with partners around reporting and data collection related to both project implementation (project activities) and team member and client engagement;
  • Tracking and evaluating the impact of our Collective Impact and Emergency Rapid Response initiatives, measuring progress towards desired outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Creating or managing creation of quarterly activity reports and yearly summary reports of initiative's progress for internal and external audiences.

Requirements:


  • At least 7 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in overseeing projects and multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically about complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of social issues and experience working in the nonprofit, government, or social sector.
  • Developed writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity with confidential information, organizational skills, strong independent project management, and ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and flexibility.
  • Experience building rapport and relationships, interviewing and partnering with leaders and community influencers with knowledge or experience in building collective impact structures is a plus.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fluid, entrepreneurial environment; willingness to "roll up one's sleeves" and extend beyond formal responsibilities based on the needs of the work.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, education, policy, or related field.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with apps in Google Workspace and experience in content management systems.
