This is a full-time on-site role as an Estate Litigation Lawyer at Cambridge LLP, located in Burlington or Toronto, ON.

The Estate Litigation Lawyer will be responsible for handling all aspects of estate litigation.

This includes drafting documents, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and managing legal issues related to estates.

3+ years of experience as an estate litigation lawyer
~ Strong knowledge of estates law, and the relevant legislation
~ Bachelor's degree in Law or Juris Doctor (JD) degree
~ bonus, based on performance
