POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Information Systems Specialist of Previan, the incumbent is a member of Previan's SAP Center of Excellence. He assesses and participates in all technical aspects during all phases of our SAP journey. Reviewing proposed technical solutions, providing technical guidance and works alongside with the other SAP resources.

This SAP Team member is playing an important role about all technical aspects of the SAP and non-SAP (HRIS, ERP, CRM, PMS) integration.

The incumbent provides guidelines to integrate information systems in support of all business strategies and data requirements for all the businesses of Previan.

The person oversees the design of the interfaces between systems so that they function holistically in support of the organization's business needs.

The person collaborates with Previan businesses' software administrators, integrators, technicians and functional analysts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define standards for interoperability between corporate systems and business unit systems ;
Ensure that the integration architecture is aligned with business, technologies and data requirement strategies ;
Provide technical leadership and develop technical roadmap of software implementation and improvement projects;
Provide integration and development guidelines;
Contribute to the prioritization of the WRICEF and CBI by reviewing estimate and efforts required to resolve backlogs;
Produce and review technical specifications. Support functional teams in the technical aspects of the functional specifications;
Contribute to personalized development for confirmed WRICEFs (forms, reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, workflow);
Perform and support unit testing;
Review quality assurance (QA) of deliverables;
Contribute, by providing support, to resolving technical bugs;
Provide input and support on cutover planning and execution;
Contribute to the best approach to take regarding the security and the governance model;
Collaborate with Security Experts;
Contribute to basis activities by overviewing and participating in jobs monitoring, transports and system health checks.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, related discipline or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

At least 3 years of relevant experience;
Experience working SAP S/4 Hana;
Experience in SAP solution documentation and the activate methodology;
Strong analytical/issue resolution skills and ability to follow procedures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4, ECC or relevant SAP Products;
Proficient with database tools and systems integration architecture;
Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a multicultural team environment;
Demonstrated ability to design and document software solutions;
Team player able to work independently and manage conflicting priorities while maintaining consistent performance standards;
Availability for international traveling.
