WHO YOU ARE:
As an
IT Intern, you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking, communicating, you are driven and are result oriented.

As
IT Intern, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Support:

  • Assist with daytoday operations by being the first line support for cross functional teams for various systems such as: Ecommerce, Customer Service, Stores and Warehouse.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors if necessary.
  • Document tasks for internal development team.
  • The IT Program Manager, and IT Project Manager on various tasks such as:
  • Support Project communications.
  • Prepare training guides for various projects.
  • Coordinate tasks with internal development team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Schooling or working experience in the same role or similar.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Understand project methodology.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written);
