Description du poste
As a Finance Transformation Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Transformation team and report to the Finance Transformation Manager.
You will play a key role in the delivery of an extensive transformation program to optimize various processes within the Finance department.
- Participate in the planning, design and implementation of various projects of process improvement and organizational transformation, and lead some initiatives from beginning to end
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and different finance teams to analyze, optimize, standardize and formalize key finance processes from endtoend
- Communicate project plans, methodology, outcomes and changes to key stakeholders
- Define success metrics and monitor implemented initiatives to evaluate their success
- Document procedures, processflows, and other deliverables for users and leadership
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or similar principles
- Experience in management consulting, and/or in process improvement and change management projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and problemsolving skills, and a structured mindset
- Empathetic outlook and ability to effectively deal with various types of stakeholders
- Exceptional organisational skills and high autonomy
- Bilingualism (an asset)
