Description du poste

As a Finance Transformation Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Transformation team and report to the Finance Transformation Manager.

You will play a key role in the delivery of an extensive transformation program to optimize various processes within the Finance department.

Participate in the planning, design and implementation of various projects of process improvement and organizational transformation, and lead some initiatives from beginning to end
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and different finance teams to analyze, optimize, standardize and formalize key finance processes from endtoend
Communicate project plans, methodology, outcomes and changes to key stakeholders
Define success metrics and monitor implemented initiatives to evaluate their success
Document procedures, processflows, and other deliverables for users and leadership

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or similar principles
Experience in management consulting, and/or in process improvement and change management projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Good analytical and problemsolving skills, and a structured mindset
Empathetic outlook and ability to effectively deal with various types of stakeholders
Exceptional organisational skills and high autonomy
Bilingualism (an asset)
