Your daily life:

You'll embody a crucial pillar within our company, where you'll serve as the engine between marketing, administration, and R&D.

You'll be the maestro orchestrating customer relationship management, juggling essential administrative tasks while collaborating with our marketing team to optimize the client support experience.

This high-responsibility position is directly overseen by our President, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company alongside our visionary leadership.


In this role you will:


  • Work closely with our technical department to provide exceptional assistance to our clients, meeting their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include efficiently coordinating returns, shipments, and other aftersales services, thus ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience;
  • Monitor ongoing repairs to ensure their completion within agreedupon timelines, thereby contributing to maintaining our clients' trust in our products and services;
  • Carry out various related administrative tasks that support our overall operations, thereby contributing to the efficiency and fluidity of our company;
  • Play an active role in developing innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer support. Your contribution to this crucial phase of the process will ensure our continued growth and success in the market.

What We're Looking For:


  • Diploma in administration or a relevant field;
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English, both written and verbal;
  • Experience with customer management software (ideally Salesforce) is an asset;
  • Great attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality at every stage of our service;
  • Dynamic team spirit, promoting collaboration and innovation to achieve our goals;
  • Autonomy and outstanding versatility, allowing you to successfully tackle a variety of challenges and situations, thus becoming an essential asset to our team.
