Description
**: Are you bilingual and would you like to have an hourly wage of $18.67?
- ensure policies and procedures for first class service are adhered to
- welcome residents, guests and directed in the complex
- interact with all tenants and guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- answer the phone and handle calls

  • Receive maintenance complaints from tenants and note them in the appropriate register
- receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments, mail and packages

ensure that the main entrance and the workstation are always clean and tidy
- report any problem to the administration

  • Intervene in the event of an incident (noise, safety, accident, etc.)
- perform other tasks assigned to you


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Analyze the clients needs in relation to the available properties
  • Follow up with clients
  • Greet visitors
  • Provide a high level of customer service

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
