Reporting to the IT Cybersecurity delivery business line, you'll play a key role in developing work methods and creating value for the Bank and its business lines.

You'll represent the Bank's values and be empowered to help develop innovative solutions that address real business issues and rethink how we use the Bank's IT resources.

To support our strong growth, we're currently looking for a professional to take charge of setting up Microsoft systems. You should be specialized in using Active Directory and cloud computing.

Your knowledge of technology and platforms that support identity and access management functions will help you to upgrade them. We're counting on you to help make our vision a reality.


Responsibilities:


  • Support and upgrade Active Directory solutions (ADDS and Azure AD)
  • Act as an expert for clients by providing advice on topics related to information technology systems and security
  • Support the project implementation teams
  • Use, maintain and upgrade solution rollout processes and tools
  • Participate in enterprise documentation efforts (training support material, wiki) and produce reports/procedures required by clients
  • Share your knowledge with your colleagues
  • Take part in 24/7 shifts or operations

Desired skills:

  • Naturally clientcentric
  • Ability to manage unexpected occurrences while working on projects
  • Awareness of sound governance of IT assets
  • Ability to predict and avoid issues in order to streamline the team's work
  • Knowledge of ITIL

Technical and conceptual mastery of the following aspects:

  • Experience with large-scale MS infrastructure: Hybrid AD, Azure AD, ADFS, AD Connect;
  • Knowledge of Kerberos, NTLM, OAuth2 and SAML protocols
  • Knowledge of IaC approach and pipelines
  • Knowledge of AWS, an asset
  • Knowledge of VS Code and Bitbucket
  • Advanced knowledge of complex, extensive enterprise networks in a multicloud and hybrid context
  • Good understanding of networks and firewalls
  • College diploma with a specialization in information technology or a relevant educational certificate
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of French required, English an asset
  • Microsoft AD, Azure or AWS certifications, an asset
