Cestar College is looking for part-time instructors to teach courses in the accredited Paralegal program. Cestar College of Business, Health and Technology is a private career college located in Toronto, Ontario. We are dedicated to helping students get the most from their training, and preparing them for successful careers.

Requirements:

Licenced with the Law Society of Ontario as a Paralegal or Lawyer
Degree or diploma from a recognized University or College in a relevant (Lawrelated) discipline.
Three or more years' experience as a licenced paralegal or lawyer.
A credential in adult education or in progress from an accredited postsecondary institution and/or teaching experience is preferred
Ability to motivate students
High standards of behaviour, a professional attitude and commitment to quality service.
Current membership/license with Law Society of Ontario required.

Responsibilities:

Deliver curriculum and prepare teaching materials
Teach students using a variety of techniques, including lectures, discussions, case studies, group projects
Evaluate student performance according to college policies and procedures
Advise students on program curricula and preparation necessary for a career in Paralegal field
Mark all content and submit course portfolio/gradesheet at conclusion of course
