We are currently seeking a
Full-Time Transport Coordinator - Corporate Parts to join our team in Quebec.

Responsibilities Include:

Responsible for all inbound parts and components freight from the CAT factories to our facilities or to customer site directly;
Negotiates with carrier rates for domestic, U.S., special transportation, parts and material handling equipment;
Responds to various requests from internal departments and branches regarding transportation proposals (prices, delivery schedules);
Manages claims made to carriers following damage;
Handles the verification and payment of transportation invoices;
Works closely with other Transportation and Customs Coordinators.

Qualifications Include:

Experience and/or training in transportation and negotiations would be an asset;
Basic working knowledge of Canada Customs;
Excellent interpersonal relations;
Ability to work under pressure;
Autonomous, versatile and flexible;
Bilingualism (spoken and written).
