DUTIES:
Developing reporting and KPIs, Maintenance task analysis and harmonization.


MUST HAVE qualifications:

SAP experience


NICE TO HAVE qualifications:

Engineering education or experience


The STO Business Analyst is responsible for finding new and innovative solutions to communicate important information on asset and work management status and performance to the accountable managers and teams.


The successful applicant will combine data from multiple systems, use software to manipulate the data as needed, then build and maintain a PowerBI interface as a platform to communicate this data to staff.


The analyst may also be called upon to perform technical analysis of task instructions to improve and harmonize as needed.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Developing reporting and KPIs
  • Managing PowerBI reporting hub
  • Ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Maintenance task analysis and harmonization.

MUST HAVE qualifications:

Experience with programming, macros, or visual basic
Excellent problem solving skill


NICE TO HAVE qualifications:

Engineering education or experience
SAP/Maximo Experience
Experience with PowerBI


Working Conditions:

Travel 15%
Drivers abstract required
Hybrid model: 4 days onsite/1 day remote


Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chatham-Kent, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • SAP: 1 year (required)
