- Planning and
Project Management:
You will participate in the development of brand plans that span innovation, communication strategies and in-store programs and will have the opportunity to lead projects in these areas, ensuring effective and efficient delivery, on-time and within budget.
- Media and
Agency Relationships:
You will work closely with our agency partners to plan and execute Canadian led integrated consumer programs across multiple media touch points.
- Innovation Support: You will develop and execute commercial plans for new products in collaboration with innovation and sales.
- Promotions &Partnerships:You will lead activation of planned promotions and partnerships.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: You will collaborate across many functions at Kellogg's (inclusive of but not limited to Sales, Innovation, Finance, Shopper Marketing and EComm) to identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights and execute commercial plans for new products and shopper activation plans, that will grow your brand profitably.
- Consumer Insights & Analytics: You will leverage consumer insights and lead analysis of inmarket performance to ensure our brand programs are relevant and impactful.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- University undergraduate degree in business or marketing or a postgraduate certificate in business or marketing
- Demonstrated Brand Marketing experience, related experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods company OR related experience in an agency setting, specializing in digital or experiential marketing
- Strong ability to analyze data and synthesize key performance drivers for the leadership team, with a bias for action to address issues
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, combined with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Proven project management ability with a bias for action
