    Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Lead Generation: Utilize diverse channels such as cold calls, email outreach, and social selling to generate top-notch leads for the sales team.
    • Phone Conversations: Feel at ease with making numerous calls to rental owners.
    • Closing Deals: Schedule demos for the sales team when a lead is qualified or directly assist in onboarding them to the platform.
    • Appointment Setting: Arrange appointments and follow up on leads.
    • Metric Monitoring: Track progress towards sales goals achievement.
    • Team Collaboration: Work with the sales account executive team to devise strategies for meeting sales targets.
    • Organization: Utilize CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) to manage leads and sales activities.
    • Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry advancements.
    • Reporting: Deliver regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to management.
    • Attendance: Participate in weekly sales meetings to review metrics and contribute to process enhancement.
