POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the overall financial performance of the company.

You will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee all financial operations, and partner closely with other key stakeholders to support business growth and ensure sound financial decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial strategy and planning for the overall business
Lead annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts and projections
Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, investment decisions, and potential risks
Drive financial performance improvements by analyzing key performance indicators
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Present financial information to the executive team and external stakeholders
Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital and liquidity
Oversee cash flow forecasting, monitor cash balances, and manage banking relationships
Ensure efficient management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies or contingency plans
Strategize, plan, and execute on market opportunities including mergers and acquisitions
Oversee cash flow management and lead discussions with banks and financial institutions
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies as necessary
Lead and mentor a highperforming finance team and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration
Set clear goals and expectations and provide feedback and coaching to promote professional growth
Establish relationships with key vendors, customers, and industry contacts

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of accounting or finance experience in a senior or executive role
5+ years of leadership and management experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
CPA or equivalent designation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Adept business acumen and ability to provide financial guidance to support strategic decisionmaking
Strong analytical and problemsolving experience

HOURS OF WORK
Daily schedule may vary depending upon needs. However, general office hours would be 8:00am-8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
