Manager, MVA Affiliate Clinics**

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Manager, MVA Affiliate Clinics.

This pivotal role is essential to our mission of "Movement to a better life," promoting our suite of services across our network of affiliated clinics focusing on Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Cultivate, manage, and foster relationships with our MVA Affiliate Clinics, ensuring exceptional service standards.
Guarantee that affiliate clinics adhere to Lifemark's high level of service delivery, from clinical intake to service delivery.
Act as the goto expert for affiliate clinics on legislative, operational, and customer requirements.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of referral trends and clinical outcomes, delivering periodic reports.
Regularly audit affiliate clinics to ensure adherence to Lifemark standards and customer expectations.
Promote continuous quality improvement through regular communication and feedback.
Collaborate with Lifemark's key departments and teams to support service delivery.
Support the recruitment of new clinics, working alongside key Lifemark leaders.
Guide the onboarding process for new clinics, from contract negotiations to comprehensive training.

Qualifications:

35+ years' experience in the healthcare/rehabilitation industry.
A university degree in a relevant healthcare domain (i.e., Applied Health, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, Disability Management) is an asset.
Clinical/rehabilitation or insurance industry background with MVA management experience.
Proven track record of relationship building, communication, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
Autonomy in setting objectives, expectations, and performance tracking.
