  • S7KThe Inventory Clerk will ensure inventory is received against purchase orders and moved to the correct location based on transfer/transaction paperwork, work orders and sales order direction. They are also responsible to ensure the accuracy of inventory by doing transactions on a real time basis and cycle counts on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Pick inventory for sales orders and work orders based on schedule
  • Assist with investigations of discrepancies
  • Maintain a controlled, organized and clean stockroom
  • Ensure the proper paperwork and the system data is completed in real time
  • Participate in all month end and quarterly Inventory counts as designated by the Manager
  • Ensure all Receiving entries are done are done in a timely manner
  • Inspect and identify any items before receiving them into Inventory
  • Ensure material requisitions are written for shortages and upcoming requirements
  • Provide coverage in all areas of the material control department
  • Be responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe workplace

Requirements:


Education and Experience

  • Completion of Grade 1
  • A demonstrated discipline in your working activities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 MS Word, Excel and Windows Operating Systems
