Description

Maintenance Worker

40 hours per week plus overtime for emergency on call evenings and weekends on a rotating shift.

Company vehicle and cell phone provided.

MUST have own tools.

MUST have training and experience with:

Carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical, drywall and painting, minor home repairs, outdoor maintenance of building including fence repairs, lawn care and tree removals.

Our maintenance team keeps our rental units in good repair.

Resolving work orders from tenants, conducting move in/out and fall/spring inspections and repairs, trouble shooting issues like water leaks, removal of junk/garbage from units as required.

Duties:

Assigning work orders to in-house and outside contractors 2. Updating owners and tenants 3. Managing costs 4. Supervision of maintenance team 5. Processing maintenance billings to owners 6. Inventory 7. Training 8. Vehicle Maintenance and Gas Cost Management

Wage based on experience training and certifications. Employee benefits awarded after 3months of employment.
