Scrum Master - Insurance Domain Must.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals in Agile principles and Scrum practices, fostering a culture of selforganization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a welldefined, prioritized, and compliant product backlog.
  • Guide the development of user stories and acceptance criteria, aligning team efforts with customercentric outcomes and industry regulations.
  • Serve as an Agile Coach to the organization, promoting Agile adoption and transformation across various teams and departments.
  • Address and resolve impediments to team progress, safeguarding the team from external interferences.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations within Agile processes and outputs.

Must have:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 2 years as a dedicated Agile Coach, preferably in the
    insurance industry.
  • Experience with Agile management tools like
    JIRA and Confluence.
  • CSM Certified.
  • Strong technical exposure / background to skills like
    .Net, Azure, SQL
  • Deep knowledge of the insurance market, including compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Exceptional coaching, facilitation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, with a strong emphasis on
    Scrum and Kanban practices.
  • Proven leadership in guiding, training, and mentoring organizations in Agile adoption and scaling.

Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Pay:
$50.00-$55.00 per hour
