Full-time Jr. Estimator/Jr. Project Manager in the Fraser Valley
Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to hire a permanent full time Jr. Estimator/Jr. Project Manager with experience in civil and residential work.

Work is located in the lower mainland, mostly Fraser Valley

Duties:

Estimating the cost of small to large scale projects
Monitoring and executing projects efficiently and effectively including going to job sites
Procures costs and ensures materials, equipment and labor are utilized most efficiently and effectively
Manage the permit and inspection process and attending and conducting progress meetings
Maintain daily paperwork, extra work orders, change orders and keep the owner updated on important issues
Meeting with management for status updates and insights

Position Requirements:

1 year of experience required in estimating and project managing:

Civil engineer education preferred:

Must be willing to work on-site:

Must be organized
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be willing to commute to work
Must be willing to work safely in a team environment
Must be willing to learn

Other Requirements:

Is committed to doing quality work the first time with little or no need for rework
Is deadline driven, punctual and respects other people's time
Proficient knowledge of WorkSafeBC standards and policies
A valid BC driver's license (class 5)
First Aid would be an asset

Salary:

$24.00-$30.00 per hour
