Full Time Parts Person position open for individuals to work remotely. The successful person will be an energetic, customer focused, self-starter who has experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry.
Role and responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all telephone customers.
- Utilizing the computer system to look up the correct parts for customers on the phone.
- Ensuring customers parts orders are accurately filled and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers.
Requirements:
- Automotive Parts experience in the automotive aftermarket (Jobber) parts industry (min 5 year)
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
- Experience with automotive repairs is an asset
- Proficient knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
- Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
- Computer experience mandatory
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Work from home option available for those outside the Lower Mainland
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
Schedule:
