We are looking for a Shop Labourer to join our RM Building Solutions division in Nisku, AB This position will primarily be responsible for general labour within a shop fabrication/welding environment.

This position has a strong potential to develop into a fabrication or welding apprenticeship.

Responsibilities:

Perform general tasks related to material handling, clean up, etc.
Basic tool and machinery operations and other manufacturing tasks
Assist tradespersons and other fabrication personnel
Transport materials and products throughout the shop
Clean work areas and equipment
Maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Instill a culture of safety and maintain occupational health and safety documentation

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and transportation to work
Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with welding or fabrication is an asset, but not required
Dependable and reliable
Safety conscious

Hours of Work
Regular work schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00am - 4:00pm with 8-10 hour shifts.
