Your Mission
The receiving administrator will support the shipping and receiving department by ensuring the accuracy of received materials. In addition, they will be responsible for coordinating a timely and smooth delivery process for our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Review and compare purchase orders to resolve issues and ensure accuracy of received materials.
  • Review purchase orders and match shipped items to those that were ordered, note any discrepancies, document items received, and update inventory system.
  • Ensure accuracy of the quantity received, according to PO
  • Confirm prices on PO before receiving
  • Handle administrative duties within the shipping and receiving department.
  • Resolve all PO issues with the Trusscore buyer in a respectful manner.
  • Ensure that products are properly tagged, labeled, and stored safely within the plant.
  • Assisting with quarterly inventory and cycle counts as needed.
  • Able to work with domestic and international freight forwarders in a respectful.
  • Arrange incoming shipments in an efficient and costeffective manner.
  • Provide assistance with material vendors to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between shipping and receiving department and vendors/freight forwarders.
  • Maintain receiving schedule to support production.
  • Assisting to create load layouts in an efficient manner.
  • Assist customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company policy.
  • Assist with international brokerage of shipments from international vendors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong MS Application skills (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong time management skills.
  • ERP experience is an asset.
  • Supply Chain Management is an asset.
  • Cyframe experience is an added asset
