Position Summary:
We are seeking an innovative, motivated, and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team.
In this role, you will assist the Estimating team in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, managing project budgets, and creating technical drawings for multi-unit/commercial projects, sketches, calculations, quotations, specification sheets and other data.

The Junior Estimator is accountable for the following:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed estimates for multi-unit/commercial projects and take-offs
- Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Clients, Install Coordinator, Installers and Production
- Attend site meetings as needed
- Assist in monitoring construction conformity and compliance with plans, specifications, and codes
- Assist with project management and tracking conformity and compliance with plans, specifications, and codes
- Obtain and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes
- Work with project teams to identify costsaving opportunities
- Attend project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, materials and methods
- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field considered an asset
- 12 years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and deadlinedriven environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
