Under the supervision of the Claims Team Manager, your main mission will be to manage Personal Watercraft claims for our Ontario clients as part of a young and dynamic team.

You will work closely with our team based in Brossard, Québec and have the opportunity to grow in your position by actively being involved in the improvement of the department every day.

Missions:

Receive and process claims notice;
Mandate the appropriate specialists, appraisers and vendors;
Analyse appraiser reports and documentation provided by repairers and contractors;
Settle claims after analysis of the various reports and inform the insured;
Interact with our insurers following our management authorities;
Process claim payments (or refusals to pay) following the settlement of claims;
Initiating salvage and subrogation procedures;
Actively participate to the development and growth of the department by sharing your ideas and advice.

Qualifications:

A highly developed sense of listening and customer service
Effective written and verbal communication, analytical, organisational skills
Team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service
An asset if you speak French to serve our Quebec clientele
