- Promote new products to existing customers
- Reach out to new accounts through cold calls
- Increase penetration of current products with current customers
- Sell value-added products to existing accounts, such as custom print packaging, industrial bags, high-end flexible packaging, etc.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Regularly evaluate pricing strategies to protect margins
- Participate in industry functions and trade shows
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies and new product development
- Work with vendors on innovative packaging solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Selling, Marketing, or Business preferred
- At least 5 years of outside sales experience in agriculture, packaging, or label sales
- Ability to work independently with excellent customer service skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The Sales Representative role requires proven sales experience in the agriculture industry and a drive to progress to the next level. Responsibilities include creating, developing, and driving sales within target markets such as Produce re-packers, Food Processors, and Industrial Accounts. In addition to business development, the Sales Representative will focus on building customer relationships and effective communication across internal departments.
