We are currently seeking a professional bookkeeper to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Process and Manage accounts payable/ accounts receivable and assets using QB online
- Intercompany, AR and AP reconciliations and aging
- Reconcile entries
- Data entry
- Compile financial statements based on entries
- Generating reports & statements
- Research and resolve any account discrepancy
- Payroll processing
- Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and recommend solutions to improve results.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience including QB online experience
- Outstanding tax knowledge of local, provincial, and federal regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of accounting software QB online and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$24.00-$25.00 per hour
