Job Description Summary:

Are you well-versed in Project Management Methodology? Are you looking to align yourself with an innovative purpose-driven organization that supports life science research? This is a unique opportunity to be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects for their designated portfolio team.

You will ensure project deliverables are completed on time and on budget, as described in the project plan.

Communicate and liaise with all levels of staff and management, as well as with consultants, vendors and others as needed to facilitate consensus, consult, negotiate and share information.

Duties and Responsibilities

Establish detailed project charter, plans, and objectives to outline timelines and project deliverables
Execute project plan according to project methodologies, ensuring successful and coordinated completion of project components, on time and on budget
Diagnose and evaluate potential risks and issues throughout the project and report regularly to the PMO with regard to risks, and execute appropriate plans to contain them
Work with stakeholders at all levels and inspire others to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 610 years of relevant experience driving technologyrelated projects.
Experience in project management and facilitating and managing consultation processes with a wide range of stakeholder groups
Experience with Project Risk Analysis, Project Risk Management and Project Resource Allocation
Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals
Experience communicating and influencing within a complex interdisciplinary environment (Cross Functional Communications and Stakeholder Communications)
