Specific Skills:

Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service
Respond to online requests for assistance with ecommerce sites. Fluent or able to familiarize with ecommerce platforms (Shopify)

*Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials

Identify, label and catalogue items received and post on line with images and descriptions.
Store items in warehouse, tool room or storeroom supply area
Process incoming requisitions
Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
Ship out orders to customer
Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
Prepare and track work orders
Enter shipment tracking information for customers on line purchases
Receive payments from retail customers on line or at order desk
Maintain records on inventory control system
Answer customer inquiries
Look up parts for imported vehicles
Assisting customers by phone and in person
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Clean and tidy and maintain office area, supply area and warehouse
