Job Description:
Responsiblities
Copywriting - 80%
- Write copy that inspires action and fits creative briefs for newsletters, web and inapp messaging and notifications, digital ads, SEOdriven landing pages copy such as designer and categories descriptions, as well as ecommerce copy, as needed
- Collaborate with producers to establish, maintain, and signoff on production schedules
- Maintain marketing and sales production schedules uptodate and take responsibility for the deliveries
- Ensure content is consistent, accurate, and properly written or adapted and meets deadlines, capacity and quality targets
- Execute on content strategies for adhoc requests and projects
- Ensure the consistency of the brand and highest quality of copywriting across all projects
- 20%** Participate in the elaboration of content innovation ideas and workflow development initiatives; suggest new creative avenues and execute on them
- Work crossfunctionally on voice development initiatives and other messagingcentric projects
- Stay uptodate on SSENSE processes, point of view, and help drive the creative direction forward
- Collaborate on writing efforts in support of the implementation, and updates of tone, approaches, and stylistic guidelines for the Chinese marketing channels
- Develop messaging frameworks that meet project KPIs; test and iterate when necessary
- Work to align concepts across disciplines and teams through brainstorms and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Chinese Literature, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in delivering against creative briefs in Chinese writing and adaptation
- Chinese writing and adaptation
- Mastery of Chinese grammar, spelling, and usage including the ability to craft culturallysensitive texts
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent grasp of SEM, SEO, and content marketing strategies
