  • Are you looking to expand your knowledge providing administrative support in an office environment? Reporting to the District Manager you will coordinate their day to day tasks.
  • This role is to bridge the gap between our Store Leaders and the District Manager. You will provide a variety of confidential administrative and clerical support for the District Manager related to the effective operation of the district store network and office.
  • If you possess strong organizational and problemsolving skills with outstanding multitasking abilities, then this is the role for you


  • About the Role

  • This position is hybrid #LI-HybridAssist the District Manager in providing management support for retail store outlets.
  • Complete retail and statistical reports, preparing correspondence, filing, responding to inquiries and communicating with stores.
  • Coordinate meetings and training sessions by assisting in the administration of travel, meal accommodation, meeting rooms.
  • Responsible for coordinating Oaths of Office and Allegiance to all fixed term employees, new casual employees and employees promoted to PFT.
  • Coordinate Casual Selection Process following Retail Staffing Guidelines
  • Review, prioritize and respond to incoming correspondence by initiating queries on behalf of District Manager alerts District Manager of critical correspondence.
  • Report attendance for District Assistant and District Manager on weekly basis by completing Weekly Itinerary and Resume of Activity reports for submission to Regional Office.
  • About You
  • Proven, meaningful experience in an office environment to provide confidential administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access, Photo Editor.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.
  • Good mathematical skills and excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and in an office environment, demonstrate initiative and express good judgment at all times.
