The
Associate Manager, Operations & Admin Support provides oversight and leadership to dynamic administrative support teams.

Admin team members partner with senior leaders in our individual and sales business' to maximize the effectiveness and productivity of their leadership team.


This leader partners with our senior leadership team and is responsible for ensuring the team is set up for success in a results-driven culture.

This leader is passionate and committed to continuous improvement of people and process and will seek out opportunities and support the team in delivering consistent superior service.


What you will do

  • Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring and development of staff
  • Work with all levels of senior management to clearly identify current and future administrative needs
  • Optimize effective and efficient administrative operations for continuous evolution of best practices
  • Accountable for the talent acquisition process of admin support across Advisory Network, Individual Wealth and Insurance Solutions
  • Lead team through change and create a culture that embraces innovation
  • Manage budgets as well as find and drive cost improvements
  • Minimal travel may be required

  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities; experience with a dynamic team is an asset.
  • Superior problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize, focus, and balance multiple priorities at all times. Assess situations, make decisions, and get things done, with a high degree of agility.
  • Drive results and contribute to change processes that improve organizational performance and creates a culture of accountability.
