  • Willingness to get hands dirty in working conditions that are not always ideal

  • Become an expert on our production equipment:
  • Scales
  • Label Applicators
  • Pre-Roll Equipment
  • Bucking & Trimming Equipment
  • Moisture Content Analyzers
  • Sealing Equipment
  • Topical Filling Equipment
  • Extraction Equipment
  • Take part in Production Team processes as directed by Leads and Supervisors:
  • Processing:
  • Harvest
  • Drying
  • Trimming & Sorting
  • Curing
  • Milling
  • Bulk Packaging
